I recently published another video featuring 25 crochet projects for beginners and so many people left comments asking for the same video but for knitting! So today I’m sharing 12 knitting projects for the absolute beginner.
I’ve only included projects that have video tutorials and you’ll find links to them all!

Another great project for beginners is a hat! This video is from Brittany from Bhooked who is a well known crochet educator, but she’s also a fantastic knitter. Brittany is known for her step by step tutorials and you will learn so much and come away with a warm cozy hat!

One little trick that can be very helpful as a beginner when watching a video tutorial is to change the playback speed.
Go to the little gear icon at the bottom of the video and click it.
You’ll find a tab called Playback speed, click it and it will show you all the different speeds you can choose.
Whether you need to go slower or faster, you can customize the speed that is best for you!

She is such a talented knitting designer and I love how she shares her life in Finland on YouTube for all of us to enjoy.
