Knitted Bunny Giveaway!
I am hosting a worldwide giveaway on Instagram from November 8th – 12th, 2019. The winner will receive a bunny hand knit by me in a winter holiday inspired dress. Anyone can enter! I will announce the lucky prizewinner at 8:00 a.m. EST on November 13th on Instagram!
My two year anniversary on Instagram is on November 13th and to celebrate I’m having a giveaway! Woohoo! I am seriously so excited to commemorate this occasion with all of you.
Originally I started an Instagram account thinking it would be a fun place to share the things I was crocheting. I mostly made granny square blankets at that point and had never even heard of amigurumi. I was curious to see if there were others who shared a passion for crocheting…ummm yeah, there were a lot of people already on Instagram sharing their makes. There was a whole new world waiting for me, and I had no idea.
If I hadn’t started my Instagram account, I wouldn’t have met so many amazing new people. I wouldn’t have found my true passion in life. This blog and Youtube channel would never have been born. (I feel like I’m sharing the story of how my children came into the world… your dad and I met in 1993 at a restaurant I was working at…I digress).

This giveaway is my way of thanking all of you who have supported, encouraged, and inspired me these past two years. I wish I could send each and every one of you an adorable, squishy bunny. Whether you just found me today or have been with me since the beginning, know that I feel so grateful for you all.
Who Can Enter the Giveaway
Anyone who is following me on Instagram can enter! That’s right! As long as you have a mailing address, I will send you the bunny, anywhere in the world.
Questions:
- What if I live in Australia, can I enter? ANSWER: Yes! You can enter!
- Who pays for the shipping? ANSWER: I do! It’s a totally free giveaway!
- What if I live on planet Mars? ANSWER: That’s gonna be tricky, but I’ll look into it! Martians deserve bunnies too.

- Tag friends in separate comments for additional entries.
The Prize
I hope you like this adorable little winter bunny. The pattern is from Julie at Little Cotton Rabbits, so if you don’t win the prize, you can knit one yourself! I also used the dress modification pattern and Nordic Dress colorwork chart from Suzy Marie Knits.

I found a great and fair way to choose the winner. On November 13th, 2019 I will copy and paste all the comments into a name picker website which will then randomly choose the name of the winner. At 8:00 a.m that morning I will announce the lucky prizewinner.
Finally, the winner will receive the bunny in a gift box and wrapped in tissue paper. She will also have a handmade tag and coordinating ribbon. You can choose to keep the bunny for yourself or give it as a gift for the holidays!

Such a great giveaway! I totally agree about the amazing people in the fiber community on Instagram. I was late to joining the Instagram party because I had an old school phone for forever…..who would have known….glad I didn’t wait any longer.
